Leadership Tip of The Day: Magnetism

The Law of Magnetism says that we attract who we are. If you are a leader do the people on your team reflect your values, attitude and/or work ethic? Are you attracting people of like mind? Do they possess qualities that you desire or are they not in alignment with your vision or needs? If this is the case then there is a need to reflect inward as the law of Magnetism suggests that "who you attract is not determined by what you want. It's determined by who you are." As well, "if you think your people are negative, then you'd better check your attitude"

The same can be said about our personal journey. If we want positive energy, success, abundance and prosperity but instead we are attracting the opposite, we need to evaluate who we are at our core and what signals we ourselves are putting out.

If you are not attracting what you want, evaluate who you are as a person and leader and commit to grow your character and leadership.  If the thought of doing this seems overwhelming or you are having a hard time getting to the root of your issues, seek out mentors or professionals that can help you as you aim to improve yourself.
