I’m back from an action-packed vacation and ready to start my week, month and new quarter feeling re-energized.

This month I will be sharing tips on Executive Presence (also known as Leadership Presence, Leadership Brand, Executive Image)

This is a topic that eludes many professionals especially those who are visible minorities or who socially have not had access to executive ranks for a myriad of reasons

There are codes, common language, and behaviours that are accepted as norms within the senior management and executive ranks. If that is your aspiration, understanding some of the nuances and making them work to your advantage can propel you further ahead in your career.
